I LOVE this! I’ve heard of it but not heard it described and will be adopting this in my own practice now too! I love Julian of Norwich; my friend and I are hoping to make a pilgrimage to Norwich at some point. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful practice

Yes! Loved that book deeply. I also loved “for thy great pain have mercy on my little pain” which is about both Julian and Margery Kempe - have you come across that one too?
